Prices on this site are guides, not quotes
Every price, price range and price table on this website is a 2026 guide figure to help you work out roughly what a job costs before you ring. None of it is an offer or a binding quotation.
What a job actually costs depends on the volume of contents, the access, the disposal routes involved and the distance, and those can only be assessed from photographs or a visit. Your price is the fixed written quote Charlotte gives you before the work is booked — that figure does not change on the day unless you add to the job, and it is the only price that binds either of us.
Guide prices are reviewed periodically. Prices for business customers are quoted excluding VAT where stated.
Availability and accuracy
We try to keep the site accurate and up to date, but:
- Service areas, response times and availability change with the diary and the weather.
- Information about council services, tip opening arrangements, permits and waste regulations is included as a general guide and can change without us noticing. Check anything you intend to rely on with the relevant council or the Environment Agency.
- Nothing on this site is legal advice. The pages about probate, executors’ duties, tenancy law, duty of care and waste regulations describe how we work and our understanding of the rules. If a decision matters, take advice from a solicitor or the relevant authority.
- We may change, suspend or withdraw any part of the site without notice, and we do not guarantee it will always be available.

You may quote short extracts with a link back to the page. You may not reproduce whole pages, price tables or the site’s structure on another website.
“CL Clearances” is the trading name of the business. Other names, marks and logos mentioned on the site belong to their respective owners, and their appearance does not imply any association or endorsement.
Links to other sites
Where we link out — to the Environment Agency public register, a council waste page, a charity or a reuse outlet — we do so because it is useful. We do not control those sites and are not responsible for their content or their privacy practices.
Liability
Nothing in these terms limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, for fraud, or for anything else that cannot lawfully be limited.
Subject to that, and in relation to use of this website, we are not liable for any loss arising from reliance on general information published here, including guide prices, service-area descriptions or summaries of regulations. Our responsibility for the clearance work we actually carry out is set out in your quote and is covered by our public liability insurance.
If you are a business, we are not liable for loss of profit, loss of contracts or any indirect or consequential loss arising from use of the site.
